Labels are what you call yourself in your head. They are tags that you attach to yourself to describe the person you think you are.
And quite often, they are the outside views we can often feel others are thrusting upon us, in simply adopting and adapting to the various labels we each chose to identify with.
We begin today, by simply asking: What label have you attached to yourself lately? Our guest today, Kevin Russell, is going to help us peel back the layers often buried behind these labels- allowing us to connect and integrate with that light inside each of us.
The more we can identify the layers of our subconscious conditioning, the better equipped we will be to release the conditioning that our systems hold on to so dearly, and that keeps us trapped in false perceptions of ourselves, and of others.
The great news is, that we can change our subconscious beliefs at the energetic level. We can effectively rewrite our operating systems to erase the layers of conditioning each and every one of us has, reconnection to the essence of ourselves, and the universe around us.
Key Insights we explore:
There is no higher self- only self, or ego, and selflessness towards others. We are one being forming many thoughts, and creating many reactions to our circumstances and experiences.
This reaction is very often based in "past" experience, because of, then this... examples -
Because I feel fearful, then this must be a threat.
What we think we are and who we actually are being, are one. Therefore it’s crucial are aware in how we align and integrate the two states.

We feel that by elevating QUOTE: somewhere, we are avoiding living right here - within our body, heart, mind, spirit, and soul. It often becomes an egoist project of a perceived self outside of our authentic self.
We can an understanding of this line all the way back to Plato and his theory of stratification. All this belief formed a long, LONG time ago, yet we have chosen to simply perpetuate it.
