Author Michael Singer, In his book “The Untethered Soul” shares this sage advice-
“There is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the voice of the mind - you are the one who hears it.”
Michael goes on to add-
“Only you can take inner freedom away from yourself, or give it to yourself. Nobody else can.”
